Professional Editing I

This class focuses on those tools, techniques and workflows that are required for video productions where the final delivery is relatively short form.

This includes music videos, commercials, news magazine segments and documentary shorts. Students will learn strategies and techniques to optimize their overall workflow and media processing, increase the speed and efficiency of their editing and effects work, use specialized tools like multi-camera editing and basic color correction, as well as how to use EQ and audio plug-ins to quickly fix audio problems and achieve a balanced, broadcast-ready mix.
